Abstract Propeller lift characteristics are the most important parameter affecting performance of multi-rotor UAVs. In this paper, propellers three airfoils, RAF 6, CLARK Y, and E214, modeled in dimensions. The flow field simulation analysis models is carried out using FLUENT. After simulation, it found that Y about 1100 N, which best effect, but there problems, such as excess lift. Therefore, wing shape optimized, force 700 N after optimization, can meet practical application requirements. It provide some reference to engineering
